Yes, all equipment is included.
Can kids bring their own skateboards?
They can bring their own board!
Is there a limit on numbers?
Yes, limited numbers per session. So we recommend to register to avoid disappointment as lessons at capped to 20 pax.

Urban Sport Fest is in the Gold Coast Sports Precinct, Carrara. It sits right behind Metricon Stadium on Nerang Broadbeach Road, where the Gold Suns AFL and AFLW teams play. The Gold Coast Sports Precinct is 1 hour from Brisbane, 30 mins from Gold Coast Airport, and 5 minutes from the M1 Motorway.
The 3-day festival will be on Friday 9 December to Sunday 11 December, 2022.
Urban Sport Fest will be open from 12pm to 7:30pm each day.
Sport will be on from 12pm to 6:30pm each day and live music will be on from 2pm to 7:30pm each day.
Friday will be BMX Qualification rounds. Saturday will be the Semi-Finals. Sunday will be the Finals.
This means that a rider’s results in the BMX Freestyle World Cup that forms part of Urban Sport Fest will attract World Ranking Points that athletes need to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
While this is subject to some change, see below for the current lineup:
FRIDAY – Peach Fur, Towns, Blussh, VICES.
SATURDAY – The Hard Aches, Saint Lane, Lemaire.
SUNDAY – The Terrys, Shag Rock, South Summit, VICES.
Tickets for this event are sold online. We recommend that you purchase tickets prior to getting to the venue.
Yes. You get access to everything the festival has to offer if you have a valid ticket for that day.
Parking is free but public transport to the event will attract usual rates for travel.
Car parking is free and available in Alabaster Carpark (500m from the event site) on Friday (9th Dec) and Saturday (10th Dec), and then throughout the entire venue for Sunday (11th).
General Admission gives you access to any public area in the venue. While we may provide some public seating for certain areas in the venue, this is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not offer reserved seating for this event.
Children under 2 years old at the time of the event do not require a ticket to enter the venue. Children aged 2-14 will need a ticket to attend.
Yes, once you have been scanned into the venue you will have a wristband for the day. That wristband is your means of validation to re-enter the venue on the day your ticket is valid.
A customer who has purchased a ticket to the festival can follow the below steps to request a complimentary companion ticket if they are registered disabled:
Customer to email info@oztix.com.au and state the event they are attending and reason for the request.
Oztix will validate that they have already purchased a ticket.
Oztix will issue a complimentary companion ticket via email for the day(s) they have purchased to attend.
Friday 9th December – 5:30pm-6:30pm (Qualifiying)
Top 10 go to finals on Saturday 10th December – 5:30pm-6:30pm (Finals)
